A Birds' Eye View of Ashton International College Ballito

Nestled in the heart of the beautiful KZN North Coast, Ashton stands as a beacon of
excellence across all phases of education. Our Christian Ethos is at the foundation of
our sports, academics and culture on our campus.
Sports: At Ashton, sports are not just a pastime but a passion that unites our College
offering a diverse range of sports including traditional codes and unique individual
activities. Ashton continues to grow our sporting code offerings and sport is offered
throughout the school year.
Academics: Our commitment to academic excellence is evident at every level. From
the Early Learning centre and throughout the Junior College, students are guided by
dedicated educators, fostering a growth mindset and critical thinking skills. The Intersen
Phase is pivotal in shaping independent and creative thinkers who are prepared for
future challenges. The Senior College continues this journey, ensuring each student
reaches their full potential by selecting either a Cambridge or IEB Matric.
Culture: Our Arts & Cultural Department flourishes with offerings like Chess, Drama, Art
Club, Choir, Marimba Band, and various vocal and instrument lessons. These activities
not only enrich student life but also cultivate artistic expression and teamwork.
