Toll-Free Services
A toll-free (0800) service comprises of a telephone or fax number of 10 digits starting with the digits 0800.
• National Toll Free service: The 0800 service is a service whereby the subscriber is responsible for the payment of all incoming
calls. It is therefore a free call for the caller (excluding calls from cell phones).
• National Toll Free service Call forwarding to an International Destination: The 0800 service is a service whereby the subscriber
is responsible for the payment of all incoming calls. The caller dials a 0800 number and is automatically routed to an
international destination. The National toll free number is being call forwarded to an international destination and the subscriber
is responsible to pay normal international rates for these services. It is therefore a free call for the caller (excluding calls from
cell phones).
