FOOD & BEVERAGE               Having started my journey in 2015,
                           realising that I was gluten intolerant,

                             I found it very difficult to find foods
                                  that I could eat that were Gluten

                                Free. I cut out dairy as well. I was
                           Vegan for a year and then vegetarian

                                                                for another.

                                                                   I realised how many other people
                                                                      had the same struggle, and not

                                                                 being able to find nutricious meals
                                                                   or catering companies who could

                                                       cater for their specific health requirments
                                                  or intollerances. My business was then born.
                                                  I cater for all health requirements, that being,
Gluten-free, Keto, Banting, low-carb, Lactose free, as well as Vegan, Vegetarian
                                   and/or Pescaterian. My meals are 100% Celiac friendly.
