Here's a brief history about Gilly's Fish Co

In 2014 the Barthos Fish Co opened in
Nottingham Road and thereafter relocated
to Hilton Village Centre. In 2016 the Gilson
Brothers took ownership and changed it to
Gilly's Fish Co.

It's the only fresh fish and frozen seafood
store in the Midlands/Meander area. We
supply restaurants & the public with fresh fish
weekly.

Gilly's prides itself in freshness,
quality and friendly service.

Under new management since 2023,
Westcoast Fish and Chips are aiming to win
the hearts of their customers through their
delicious meals, affordable prices and friendly
service. Located in the suburb of Hilton, this up
and coming take-away serves a wide range of
tasty delights that will have you coming back
for more. Apart from our traditional menu, we
offer daily specials Monday to Friday to ensure
that our customers have a variety of options.
