WHO SHOULD REGISTER FOR SSC FUNDS?
All persons who work and receive a basic wage for his/her service in Namibia, even if it is for only one day per week on a regular and continuous basis
FORM Submission of Form 10

who make payment either via EFT or Electronic Fund Transfers (EFTs) or Direct Deposit do not submit a duly completed Form 10 (Return
accompanying payment) over to SSC.
Section 20 (1) read with regulation 2 (1) (a), states that every employer shall register him or herself with the Commission as an employer
and every employee employed by him or her within thirty (30) days after commencement of their employment.
In terms of Section 21 (2, 3 & 4) read with the regulation 5 (4), every payment of contributions shall be accompanied by a return in the
form of Form 10, or any other document which substantially contain the information required from that form This form must be submitted
