Employees Compensation fund (SC)

Everyday, countless Namibians work hard to extend a service to the nation, provide food on the table for
their families and to make some of their dreams come true! At times, these ambitions are interrupted by an
accident at the workplace. The Employees' Compensation Fund, administered by the Social Security
Commission, compensates employees who in the course of their work are injured or disabled as a result
of an accident. In the event that an employee dies as a result of a workplace accident, the surviving spouse
or children are entitled to a payout.
