Understanding the tones you hear
In many coumrles 1he ringing tone, which Is a single long slgnal repeated at regular Intervals, sounds much like our engaged tone. The
overseas engaged tone often Is a short signal repeated rapidly.
A double ring, repeated regularly (same as Namibian ring tone)

Equal length on/off tones (same as Namibian engaged tone)
