FlexiCall Card Telecom Operator Services

FLEXICALL CARD • FlexiCall card can be used on lines that are not able to make
outgoing calls.
FlexiCall card is a prepaid telephone service that allows customers to
make calls from fixed lines and TN Mobile in Namibia. • The FlexiCall card number will expire if not used for 12 months from
last date of use.
The FlexiCall card is available at N$20.00 which is rechargeable with
Recharge Vouchers in denominations of N$20, N$50 and N$100. • Telecom Namibia is not responsible for any lost or stolen cards.
N$5, N$10 denominations are available in the visual format only. No refunds will be made for lost or stolen cards.

• Make sure your telephone device is set on TONE DIALLING.
• FlexiCall card is only for use in Namibia.

How to make a call using a FlexiCall card Dial 11000 for Assistance or Enquiries. 11888
• Dial 10033 +264 61 11888
• Enter your FlexiCall card number and # Directory Information
• The system will read your balance National
• Dial the number you want to call starting with the area code and International

ending with #
• When you have finished your call, hang up

How to Recharge your FlexiCall Card
• Dial 10044
• Enter your FlexiCall card number
• Enter your recharge voucher number and press #
• Listen to the message confirming your new balance

How to use FlexiCall Card for Internet connection
• Dial 10033 and comma ( , ) on your computer keyboard
• Enter your FlexiCall card number
• Press # followed by a comma ( , )
• Dial your Internet Service Provider (ISP) number and press #

Tips
• Memorise your FlexiCall card number
• Keep your FlexiCall card number secret. It should only be known to

you.
• Press the # button immediately when you have entered a wrong

card number.
• The FlexiCall card number will be locked if you recharge with a

wrong Recharge Voucher number for more that three times.
• Do not dial free number e.g. 11000, 11888 or 11444

These numbers can be dialled from any fixed phone without using
a FlexiCall card.
